Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients across the lifespan. Partner with providers and care teams to ensure seamless, coordinated treatment. Required: High School Diploma or GED. Active CPR/BLS. Valid LPN license or CMA Certification. Valid NC Driver's license. Preferred: One (1) year of clinical experience in a primary care, community health, or outpatient setting. Experience with underserved or rural populations. Familiarity with team-based care or PCMH/PCHH models.
