Amigo Care ABA is currently hiring a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism in the Germantown, Maryland area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to grow within the behavioral health field.

Position Information • Part-Time • In-Home ABA Therapy • Location: Germantown, MD • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM • Pay Range: $20–$30 per hour

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in the home setting
• Follow individualized behavior plans created by the BCBA
• Track session progress and complete documentation
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain professional communication with caregivers and supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Spanish/English bilingual candidates preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children
