SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Job Duties

You will perform administrative and management tasks and supervise directly or through subordinate supervisors the work of the Resource Management department within the command.

You will act as the Command's Program of Memorandum (POM) coordinator and consolidator for non-manpower submissions for all CWG-6 directorates and subordinates.

You will direct and/or perform continuing program execution review, analysis, and appraisal of the major operation and support programs within the organization.

You will advise, justify, defend, and brief financial resource strategies and status to senior leadership.

You will promulgate and implement financial management policies, plans, and programs to facilitate the effective, efficient, and timely application of financial resources to achieve the mission of the organization.

You will conduct management evaluations of issues of financial consequence found in audit reports, budget reviews, etc., and recommend alternatives for corrective action.

You will oversee and supervise subordinate supervisors within the department that are responsible for financial management and ensure the time and attendance for civilian and contractor personnel.
