Patent Attorney - Medical Devices
\nOur client is a top firm, seeking a patent attorney with experience in medical devices for several offices, including Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, San Diego, Seattle or Washington, DC. This position may have a a degree of remote work. The salary depends upon location and ranges from $225k to $320k.
\n \nQualifications
\n- \n
- At least 5 years of experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications relating to medical devices, which includes surgical devices, robotics-assisted devices and cardiovascular tools. \n
- Experience with FTO and patentability analyses, due diligence, patent procurement, and managing patent portfolios. \n
- Degree in mechanical engineering is ideal [bachelor's or advanced degree]. \n
- Excellent academic credentials. \n
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice as well as USPTO admission. \n
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. \n
