Personnel (HR) Intern - Part-Time, Summer 2026

Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with a project focused on reviewing, organizing, and standardizing company job descriptions. This role focuses on ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clean documentation across job records. This is a great opportunity for a student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain experience in Personnel (Human Resources) or business operations in a flexible, project-based environment.

This project is approximately 80 hours in total, with flexible scheduling based on availability. While temporary, there may be opportunities for additional work in the future depending on business needs.

• Review and organize existing job descriptions
• Assist with formatting, editing, and standardizing documents
• Ensure consistency in job titles, responsibilities, and qualifications
• Maintain accurate and organized job documentation
• Collaborate with Personnel (HR) and leadership as needed throughout the project

Bring Your Expertise:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Interest in Personnel (Human Resources) or business operations preferred
• Current college students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
