Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Personal Injury Attorney on behalf of our esteemed client firm located in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling bodily injury cases, particularly with a focus on Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and possess a minimum of 7 + years of relevant experience.Responsibilities:Legal Representation: Provide effective legal representation for clients involved in personal injury cases, with a specific emphasis on bodily injury and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) matters.Case Management: Manage and oversee a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring timely and accurate progression through various stages of litigation.Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents applicable to personal injury and PIP casesClient Interaction: Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.Court Appearances: Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations as necessary, representing clients with a high level of professionalism and legal expertise.Negotiations: Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Documentation: Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.Collaboration: Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to leverage collective knowledge and resources for the benefit of clients.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) Degree: Successful completion of an accredited law school.Bar Admission: Active membership in the Florida State Bar.Experience: Minimum of 7 + years of hands-on experience in handling personal injury cases, with a focus on bodily injury and PIP matters.Litigation Skills: Proven track record of successful litigation, including court appearances and trials.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about making a positive impact in the field of personal injury law, we invite you to submit your resume, cover letter, and any relevant work samples.
