Customer Service Manager

Every grain has somewhere to be. You'll lead SunFoods' US Customer Service function, owning everything from order management and data integrity to escalations and international trade compliance.

What You Will Do

In this role, you'll lead the Customer Service function across SunFoods' domestic and international business, owning the full order lifecycle from placement through fulfillment. You'll be the person who keeps customer, order, and shipment data accurate across systems, resolves escalations before they become bigger problems, and works across Sales, Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to keep the business moving.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the Customer Service function across domestic, import, and export operations, owning the end-to-end order lifecycle
• Lead and develop a team of three, building service quality, accountability, and performance
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer, order, and shipment data across business systems
• Own customer and consumer issue resolution, including escalation management and clear communication
• Establish and maintain Customer Service processes, controls, and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability

Who You Are

You're a Customer Service or Supply Chain leader who's comfortable owning the full order lifecycle, not just handling escalations as they come in. You bring solid systems fluency, sound judgment on international trade and compliance requirements, and the leadership skills to coach a team while building better processes as the business grows.
Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations leadership
• Solid understanding of both domestic and international customer service, order management, and supply chain processes
• Experience with SAP or similar business systems
• Working knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, import/export documentation, and Incoterms
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills, with clear communication and sound analytical judgment
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
• Preferred: Experience with EDI integration and customer connectivity solutions
• Preferred: Background in food manufacturing or FMCG
