Reefer Peterbilt is a second-generation family-owned medium & heavy-duty truck dealership looking for a Full-Time Receptionist in New Boston, MI. Job Summary This role will primarily deal with customer reception in our showroom and on the phone, along with other administrative and accounting duties as needed. Duties/Responsibilities Greet customers, answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages. Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters. Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically. Handles cash log and weekly bank deposit. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Operates office equipment including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience handling cash and other forms of payment. Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Clerical experience a must. Dealership experience is preferred. General accounting knowledge to include accounts payable and accounts receivable a plus!
