This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily administrative operations of the facility.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone callsMonitor facility entry and visitor sign-in proceduresProvide general information and assistance to guests and residentsAssist with clerical tasks including filing, copying, data entry, and document distributionReceive and distribute mail and deliveriesMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception areaCommunicate effectively with nursing staff and department leadersHandle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA guidelinesSupport administrative and office functions as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferredHealthcare or long-term care experience is a plusProficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeReliable, organized, and detail-orientedWe are an equal opportunity employer.
