Responsibilities: Assist with managing the Daily functional operations of the Group Home Facilitate consumer and staff meetings Write and distribute emails,correspondence memos,letters,faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports,monthly,quarterly and annualy. Filling Provide general support to consumers and staff PRN Direct CAre Staff when needed Requirements: Must pass level II background screening ,complete and maintain all required APD training( we will provide).We are looking for enthusiastic,kind,fun energeticpeople with team work mindset! We are looking for a responsible APD Experienced Assistant Group Home Manager, to perform a variety of administrative and direct support professional tasks.The duties of an APD experienced Group Home Assistant Manager include but are not limited to providing direct support to the residents of the Group Home and assisting the manager with overseeing the daily functional operation of the APD licensed Group Home .The Assistant Grou Home Manager will assist in ensuring that the home stays in compliance with all APD rules and regulationd ,assist with managing stsff and provide support to administration by ensuring that all monthky dedlines are met concerning the necessary documentation requested. The Assistant Group Home Manager will assist with preparation of reports and maintaining an appropriate filling system,make and receive phone calls regarding clients residing in the group home,transport consumers when needed in company vehicle.
