About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Access, Value Evidence, and Pricing to lead the development and execution of global strategies for the value, pricing, reimbursement, and patient access of its gene therapy portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the enterprise-level strategy, ensuring alignment with payer requirements, and leading a high-performing team to support the company's mission. This role requires a deep understanding of U.S. and international market access dynamics, including specialty pharmacy reimbursement, and experience in leading or influencing access and pricing strategies at the product, portfolio, and enterprise levels. The VP will also be involved in shaping access policy, building external relationships, and leading the organization's health economics and outcomes research strategy. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of commercial leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing innovative reimbursement models, as well as experience in leading functional areas such as trade and distribution, patient services, and government affairs-adjacent policy engagement. Strong executive presence, strategic judgment, and the ability to operate as a peer and strategic partner to executive leaders are essential. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to work in novel and ambiguous environments, and a willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
