Job Description As a Financial Solutions Advisor StageI (FSAI), you will obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series7, Series66). You will learn fundamental advisory skills, client relationship building, and financial solutions. After licensing, you will work in a financial center delivering core banking, investment solutions, and client care. Successful performance leads to progression to StageII, where you deepen client relationships and potentially advance within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy provides ongoing support. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination. We’ll help you Build a successful career through training and onboarding programs. Receive coaching from Academy managers. Grow business knowledge through a consultative approach for client needs. Earn SIE, Series7, and Series66 licenses (30 days for SIE, 120 days for Series7 &66). Develop a professional network by interacting with banking customers, small businesses, and high net worth clients. Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations, and recommend strategies to meet goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet client needs. Required Qualifications Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions. Strong peer collaboration and communication. Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Quick learner adapting to new technology and applications. Desired Qualifications Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license. Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
