We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, individualized care in a home setting. Position Type: Per Diem (Fee for Service) Compensation: $85 per routine visit $105 per recertification/discharge $120 per admission Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Complete admissions, recertifications, and discharge visits Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and disease management Monitor patient progress and report changes in conditionMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Pediatric experience preferred Homecare experience is a plus Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation for home visits Why Join Cobble Hill / YourChoice at Home Homecare?
