CLO Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities Read and interpret trust indentures with regard to reporting requirements Create technical report specifications from indenture language Set up payment calculations in a variety of in-house systems Receive, map and reconcile periodic collateral data As required, make tax elections, file for EINs, and track residual holder transfers As required, perform portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals (trade testing) Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and/or tax reports Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience Five to six years of relevant work experience Thorough understanding of syndicated bank loans, fixed income securities, securitization, trading or mutual funds Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet established deadlines in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
