Your role will involve evaluating a wide range of patients, from children to seniors, through standardized assessments and keen observational skills.

Craft tailored treatment plans focused on immediate objectives as well as extended communication, cognitive, or swallowing necessities.

Deliver dedicated one-on-one speech therapy aimed at improving aspects of communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members to formulate integrated care strategies.

Educate patients and families to support their journey forward outside of direct therapy sessions.

Occasionally, contribute to inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring seamless care along the treatment journey.

Keep detailed and timely documentation that meets state, federal, and organizational requirements.

Commit to professional growth through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based approaches to treatment across all age groups, with a profound understanding of developmental and acquired communication disorders.
