Pay: $90,000 – $130,000 DOE

Benefits: Full Benefits Package

Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area, 21-County Service Area (territories assigned based on coverage needs)

What the Role Involves

• Support patients through complex physical and emotional transitions .

• Provide clear, compassionate education and reassurance to families .

• Coordinate a seamless end-of-life care experience from admission forward .

• Manage pain, symptoms, and comfort-focused care plans .

• Collaborate with social workers, aides, chaplains, and medical directors.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support high-quality care.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Holds an active Minnesota Registered Nurse license.

• Has experience in hospice, oncology, or palliative care .

• Balances clinical skill with heart-centered care .

• Communicates with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

• Understands the sacred nature of end-of-life care and approaches it with grace.
