Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse

Location: Cleveland, OH

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Job Description

The Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care for patients requiring monitoring and medical treatment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid clinical background in Med/Surg telemetry and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients with cardiac-related conditions
• Administer medications and manage IV drips as per protocols
• Assess and document patients' conditions thoroughly
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• Active Ohio nursing license or a valid compact state license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
