You will be responsible for not only engaging in direct sales but also assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing the store’s operations. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for retail, are sales-driven, and are ready to take on leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Excellence: Actively engage in selling products, understanding customer needs, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Team Support: Support the SM and ASM in managing the store team, including helping with training and development.
• Operational Assistance: Assist in daily store operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Customer Service: Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing customer questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Inventory Management: Help manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and ensuring product availability.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards and product displays.
• Performance Tracking: Help monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting store targets.

Profile Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership potential with a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management.
• High school diploma required; some college or retail management training preferred.
