Work Environment\nAs a licensed therapist at Guideline Therapy Center, you will work in a fully remote setting, utilizing telehealth technology to reach clients. Our telehealth platform is designed for efficient and secure communication, providing a comfortable space for therapy sessions. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule, allowing for work-life balance while serving a diverse clientele from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. \n
- Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions. \n
- Document all client interactions meticulously, including ongoing assessments and treatment plan reviews, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. \n
- Emphasize exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to fulfill the organization’s mission of improving mental health access. \n
- Engage in creative therapeutic interventions, adapting methods based on the diverse needs and preferences of clients. \n
- Coordinate care with various stakeholders, including case managers, families, educational institutions, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic treatment approaches are utilized. \n
You will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, bringing a mental health perspective that encompasses relational dynamics and individual experiences. Your role is vital in supporting clients to overcome personal challenges and enhancing their mental well-being, especially as many face issues such as addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Proven experience and familiarity with mental health documentation, including treatment plans and clinical case notes. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating therapeutic concepts clearly to clients and collaborating with team members. \n
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries while forming therapeutic alliances with clients. \n
- Adeptness in working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds. \n
- Willingness and ability to undergo a background check as required by state regulations. \n

- Experience working with various client demographics, particularly in family therapy services. \n
- Comfort and familiarity with fee collection practices during service delivery. \n
- Prior experience in collaborative care settings is an advantage. \n

- Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
