Associate Director, Quality
Larimar Therapeutics
Larimar Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Quality to lead GxP Quality activities supporting clinical-stage programs for rare diseases. This role develops and oversees quality systems, ensuring compliance with FDA, EMA, and ICH regulations. Responsibilities include managing audits and inspections, vendor and CRO oversight, deviation/CAPA management, and quality risk assessments. The Associate Director will partner cross-functionally with Clinical, CMC, Regulatory, and Operations to drive continuous improvement, data integrity, and right-first-time execution in a fast-paced, science-driven biotech environment, mentoring team members and supporting future commercial readiness.
