Associate, Sports Administration and Logistics New York About the Role Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking an Associate, Sports Administration and Logistics to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Specialist, Sports Administration & Logistics, and play a crucial role in managing operations and logistics for our school's sports programs and facilities. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory and purchasing of school sports equipment and supplies Ensure coaches and scholars follow systems for storing, cleaning, maintaining, and organizing equipment and apparel Coordinate with school staff to ensure facilities are available and ready for athletic programs Manage logistics for athletic events and activities Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for all school sports facilities and equipment Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to meet the needs of scholars and staff Monitor and analyze data related to sports facilities and equipment usage, inventory, and expenses Provide training and support to staff and scholars on proper use and maintenance of sports facilities and equipment Manage external vendors and contractors as needed Physical requirements: May involve frequent bending, moving, lifting, and carrying material up to 50 pounds; work eight hours each day in all weather conditions and exposure to high noise levels. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience managing sports facilities and equipment Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G‑suite, inventory management systems, and sports management software Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to sports facilities and equipment Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Passion for sports, physical fitness, and community building Compensation Salary range: $66,300 - $70,000 USD Equal Employment Opportunity Success Academy Charter Schools is an equal opportunity employer and actively encourages applications from people of all backgrounds.
