Key Skills and Experience Excellent Leadership and Team Development skills Assist our Caregivers in embracing their roles and appreciating the potential for Caregiving as a Career Mentor and empower staff while upholding Nurse Next Door’s core purpose Ability to work on weekends if our client needs Bilingual (not required but a definite plus) Responsibilities Provide exemplary Caregiving that sets the standard for the rest of the team. Mentor, monitor and supervise Caregivers to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of staff and the business. Perform client/caregiver introductions during the 1st Visit.
