Python Developer

Job brief We are looking for a Python Developer to join our team. You will be working with our engineers to develop and maintain high quality machine learning solutions. As a Python Developer, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop high quality ML solutions, while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using Python with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask. Build RESTful APIs and integrate with external web services. Collaborate with the team to design and implement scalable backend systems and databases. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of web applications. Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) for efficient data management. Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate web applications with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS). Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes to create consistent environments for development, testing, and production. Write unit tests, manage CI/CD pipelines, and maintain code quality through GitHub version control. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate closely with both independent and team-driven efforts to meet project deadlines. Requirements Strong technical skills in Python programming language. Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. Experience with web development frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask. Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and environment management. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for resolving complex development challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of writing unit tests and ensuring high code quality. Bonus Points Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Experience with asynchronous programming and frameworks (e.g., Celery, asyncio). Knowledge of front-end JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
