Oversee the timely and accurate processing of recurring payroll cycles.

Review payroll-related data and transactions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established internal controls.

Serve as a resource for employees and HR regarding payroll questions, policies, timekeeping, and related processes.

Coordinate payroll considerations related to various types of employee leave and disability programs.

Support payroll administration for employees working across multiple countries and jurisdictions.

Provide guidance and training to HR personnel and managers on payroll and timekeeping procedures.

Partner with compensation and benefits teams on audits, employee contribution programs, incentive-related transactions, and reconciliations.

Investigate and resolve payroll system issues, including adjustments and corrections to prior payroll periods.

Effectively manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Communicate payroll, compensation, and benefits information clearly to employees and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Handle sensitive employee and compensation information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve accuracy through root-cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
