Responsibilities Lead shifts each week to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality, service and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security and profitability. Communicate with next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets.
