Description

MyMichigan Health, an affiliate of the University of Michigan Health, has an opportunity for a skilled Anesthesiology Physician to join our team in Midland, Michigan! Based in MyMichigan Health’s headquarters, this physician will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients.

Based in MyMichigan Medical Center Midland, this role will provide care within the 324-bed Medical Center offering 24-hour emergency care, Level II trauma care, and wide range of specialty care services. This role will involve perioperative assessments, administration of anesthesia, monitoring patients during surgery, and postoperative care

• Patient & Procedure Mix: Full-scope anesthesia care, including care to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Schedule: Full-time flexible scheduling
• Call: 1:8 rotation, post-call day-off

Requirements

• U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
• Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency
• Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan and a Controlled Substance License
• PALS and ACLS through American Heart Association

Located on 225 acres of wooded campus in Midland, Michigan, the 324-bed Medical Center offers a broad range of primary care and specialty care services, as well as 24-hour emergency care and Level II trauma care.
