As we grow, we are seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide exceptional client service, assist in safeguarding client assets, and serve as administrative and operational support the branch. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date Onboard new client accounts and money movement, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information Support the team’s marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events and seminars Regularly seek opportunities to use firm resources for peer sharing and collaborating with branch associates and advisors Actively engage in available training and education programs to maintain current status on policies, procedures and risk awareness Keep CRM systems up to date with client information Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests Research client and security information through the back-office system Process and follow up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts Ensures required client paperwork is current with firm and industry requirements, rules, and regulations Receives cross training and assists with other operational functions as required Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities Other duties as assigned Competencies Adaptability – Adapts to changes in the work environment. Computer and Software Skills MS Office Document CRM Proficient with standard office technology Experience & Education Experience: 3+ years of customer service, relationship management, and/or administrative experience in a wealth management setting. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in wealth management industry. Certifications/Licenses: SIE, Series 7 & 66 required or willing to obtain within stated period after start date.
