We are seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role focuses on scheduling, customer communication, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  Handle inbound/outbound calls to schedule deliveries

  Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up

  Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues

  Manage account information and update records in internal systems
  
  



• 
  Support dispatch operations and monitor communication channels

  Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience
  
  



• 
  Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  



• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  
  



• 
  Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  
  



• 
  High school diploma or equivalent
