Moona Inman Square is looking for an experienced, personable, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team in Cambridge.

We are seeking someone with strong cocktail and wine knowledge who can provide excellent bar service while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to Moona’s recipes and standards.
• Welcome bar guests and provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of our cocktail, wine, food, and beverage menus.
• Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and properly enter them into the POS system.
• Prepare the bar before service, including stocking, garnishes, juices, syrups, glassware, and other necessary items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol-service practices.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management during service.
• Assist with beverage inventory and communicate low-stock items to management.
• Complete all opening and closing bar responsibilities.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service requirements.
• Support the FOH team during busy periods and contribute to a professional and respectful work environment.

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Strong cocktail-making skills and basic wine knowledge.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Familiarity with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors is a plus.
