IT Project Manager

IT Project ManagerUnigen is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting enterprise systems and digital transformation across global hardware manufacturing operations. A key focus of this role will be driving the adoption and optimization of the Atlassian suite—particularly Jira and Confluence—to standardize workflows, improve collaboration, and scale operational efficiency across the organization.Key Job Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end execution of complex IT initiatives supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise operationsManage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple concurrent projectsDeliver large-scale system implementations and integrations aligned with business and platform roadmapsLead the rollout and enterprise adoption of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, across engineering, IT, and business teamsDesign and standardize workflows, issue types, and project structures in Jira to support scalable delivery practicesEstablish Confluence as a centralized knowledge management platform for documentation, runbooks, and cross-team collaborationPartner with stakeholders to migrate legacy systems (e.g., ServiceNow or other ticketing/documentation tools) into Jira and Confluence where applicableDevelop training programs, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption and long-term usageContinuously optimize Atlassian configurations, automations, and integrations to improve efficiency and visibilityCollaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and IT teams globallyDrive alignment across technical and business stakeholders in a matrixed environmentLead large-scale initiatives involving distributed teams across regionsOversee integrations across ERP, CRM, PLM, HRIS, identity systems, and DevOps toolsSupport cloud-based and automation-driven initiatives to improve system scalability and reliabilityEstablish PMO governance frameworks, including OKRs, reporting, and dependency managementProvide executive-level visibility into project health, risks, and outcomesStandardize processes to improve delivery predictability and transparencyLead organizational change management efforts tied to new systems and tools, with a strong focus on Atlassian adoptionDrive consistent usage of Jira and Confluence across teams through enablement and communication strategiesCreate training materials, playbooks, and documentation to support onboarding and ongoing usageQualifications:Required:8+ years of experience in IT project or program managementHands-on experience implementing and scaling Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) in an enterprise environmentProven track record driving tool adoption and process standardization across cross-functional teamsExperience managing integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DevOps, identity platforms)Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsPreferred:Experience in hardware manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor industriesExperience migrating from legacy systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to Jira Service ManagementFamiliarity with tools such as Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar enterprise platformsExperience with DevOps ecosystems (CI/CD tools, cloud infrastructure)Exposure to AI-enabled automation for IT service management or knowledge operations
