Endoscopy Nurse (RN) - 10 Hour Shifts

Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position offering four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with some weekend and holiday call responsibilities.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Nurse (RN) to join our team. The role involves intra-operative circulation in the GI Lab, focusing on a variety of procedures, including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EMR, and Hemorrhoid banding.

Responsibilities

• Perform intra-operative circulation duties without sedation
• Collaborate with surgical techs and support staff within the Endoscopy unit
• Manage room and patient assignments effectively
• Maintain knowledge of Endoscopy procedures and equipment

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required
• Knowledge of EPIC charting system is a plus
• At least 1 year of direct experience in an Endoscopy or GI Lab setting preferred
