Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a pivotal role supporting students’ growth as a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. Two openings are available—one part-time and one full-time—working onsite in a dynamic educational environment near Kent, WA. Choose between a K-12 mixed caseload (part-time: 22 hours/week, 3 days per week) or early childhood support (full-time: 37.5 hours/week). Key Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Psychologist license and ESA certificate (verification required upon application)
• Previous school-based practice strongly preferred
• Experience with multi-age caseloads encouraged
• Ability to work collaboratively with education staff, students, and families
• Excellent assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
• Genuine commitment to serving diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological services to students in accordance with district and state mandates
• Conduct evaluations, interventions, and individualized education program (IEP) support
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster students’ academic and emotional success
• Provide crisis intervention and support plans as needed
• Maintain timely documentation and adherence to confidentiality standards

• Full-time role focuses on early childhood caseloads; part-time covers K-12 in a mixed setting
• Onsite service required for both positions
• Be prepared for possible start delay due to BIE adjudication process, which runs alongside credentialing
