Description

Provide sales support to customers through product knowledge, troubleshooting, and understanding customer needs. This role will be escalated support for sales and service.

- Provide inside sales support to customers and sales reps

- Escalated and troubleshooting support for customer service spare parts team

- Technical troubleshooting, experience with reading the blueprint of the product and suggest parts needed

- Communicating with sales, assembly, engineers and customers to provide technical support

- Assist with account management and order processing along with pricing negotiations

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Inside sales and customer support exp

- Manufacturing or industrial exp

- Technical skills and ability to read blueprints

- Spare parts experience preferred

- ERP system exp

- CRM exp

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
