Digital Assets Consultant As a Digital Assets Consultant, you will support the development of our offerings and deliver consulting projects, acting as a trusted partner to business leaders and working with a diverse team of experts to drive tech‑enabled transformation and create new value for clients. Travel, as required, up to 80%. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services around digital assets for banking and capital markets clients, including operating model design, governance, risk & control frameworks, and digital asset ecosystem solutions.
• Build next‑generation analytic capabilities and support the implementation of data models, AI, and GenAI solutions in financial services.
• Manage client relationships, drive business development, and ensure successful delivery across the engagement lifecycle.

Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development. Minimum of 2 years of digital assets experience with financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking (incl. payments) and capital markets. Experience designing or assessing operating models (roles, responsibilities), governance, or risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services institutions. A Bachelor’s degree. Bonus Points If You Have: Transformation strategy or operating model design experience in digital assets within banking and capital markets. Built next generation analytic capabilities (AI, GenAI, data models) for digital assets within banking and capital markets. Experience selecting, implementing, or operating digital‑asset financial‑crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations). Demonstrated experience developing and managing senior client relationships. Successful track record of management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle. Structured problem‑solving and ability to simplify complex initiatives to improve execution. Advanced degree or financial industry certification.
