The Holding Area Nurse Manager will provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership to a highly skilled team supporting patients throughout the pre- and post-procedure phases of care and will play an integral role in shaping the department's continued growth and development. This highly collaborative leadership position blends clinical excellence, operational leadership, financial stewardship, quality and safety, and staff development, while offering the opportunity to contribute to program growth and continuous improvement across the cardiovascular service line. The Nurse Manager will partner closely with the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Nurse Managers, Assistant Nurse Managers, physicians, advanced practice providers, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care. The Nurse Manager will report to the Assistant Director of Nursing for the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Lab. Recent clinical experience in an Adult Cardiac Cath and/or EP Lab, Heart Center, Cardiac Care, or Critical Care preferred.
