UVA Health’s Surgical Intermediate Care Unit (SIMU) seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high‑acuity care for adults transitioning from surgery and trauma care. You will work in a fast-paced 12-bed unit, delivering evidence-based nursing with close monitoring and advanced clinical judgment. You will collaborate with physicians, APPs, and the interprofessional team to coordinate care plans, perform rapid assessments, and educate patients and families about the care journey. #J-18808-Ljbffr UVA Health
