Dentist opening near Boston - Located in Brockton, MA - Boston 25m - Full Time, Permanent Position - Community Health Center Responisbilities:* Provide education, screening, and preventive services to dental patients. Provide all phases of general dentistry including oral diagnosis and treatment planning, radiology, restorative services prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, and basic oral surgical procedures.* Provides education, screening and preventive services to dental patients of all ages, including vulnerable populations such as HIV-infected patients, homeless patients, diabetics and children. Provide all phases of general dentistry including oral diagnosis and treatment planning, radiography, restorative services, prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, and basic exodontia.* Conducts quarterly peer reviews and ensures compliance.* Interacts with other disciplines within the organization providing a resource for other medical providers and social workers.* Maintains patient information within HIPAA.* Maintains a professional relationship and positive attitude with co-workers, patients, and external professional contacts.* Demonstrates ability to prioritize demands, work with distractions, adapt to change, exercise efficient time management, and work independently.* Maintains appropriate chain of command.* Attending staff meetings is required.* Communicate effectively with supervisor, staff, and management.* Participate in development of short range and long-range strategic planning of dental services and quality measures.--- Compensation:* $142,945 - $201,805 Salary (Actual compensation will be based on multiple factors such as relevant experience, education and training to determine offered rates.)--- About the Area:Brockton, MA, with a population of around 105,000 residents, is a diverse and historic city located in Plymouth County, just south of Boston.
