Manufacturing Quality Assurance Inspector — Florence, KYA day in this role

You arrive on the floor ready to protect our customers and our brand. First up: verify your gauges and testing tools are good to go. Then, you move through stations—reviewing incoming materials, checking in-process components, and giving final products a last, careful look before they ship. Along the way, you record what you find, talk with operators about any trends, and recommend tweaks that make the next run even better.

What you’ll do

• Examine incoming materials, parts in production, and finished goods to confirm they meet specifications.
• Use measurement devices and test equipment to evaluate quality and safety.
• Capture results and keep precise records of quality metrics and findings.
• Partner with production teams to pinpoint root causes and correct issues quickly.
• Drive and participate in continuous improvement to boost quality and efficiency.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and internal policies at all times.
• Offer data-backed feedback and suggest process enhancements.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework a plus.
• Experience performing quality inspections or closely related work.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical thinking.
• Working knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with measurement tools and basic software for data capture/analysis.
