What You'll Do
- Structure and finalize finance and lease transactions through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and our network of lender partners
- Present F&I products — service contracts, GAP, prepaid maintenance, and protection plans — with a consistent, transparent, menu-based approach
- Maximize profitability while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction (CSI) scores
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and manufacturer regulations
- Submit clean, fundable deals and manage timely funding
- Partner with the Sales team to deliver a seamless, premium client experience
- Track key metrics and contribute to a culture of accountability and growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven F&I production in an automotive dealership (luxury experience a plus)
- Strong menu selling skills and solid product penetration
- Excellent lender relationships and deal-structuring ability
- Working knowledge of F&I compliance (Safeguards Rule, OFAC, Red Flags, Truth in Lending)
- Proficiency with CDK, DealerTrack, and Darwin
- A professional presence that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand
