Job Overview

Morse Moving & Storage is hiring a dependable Straight Truck Driver / Box Truck Driver for local moving jobs based in Traverse City, Michigan . This is a non-CDL driving position offering competitive hourly pay, steady year-round work, and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a straight truck / box truck
Drive local routes throughout Traverse City and surrounding Northern Michigan areas
Load and unload household and commercial items
Secure and protect customer belongings during transport
Provide professional, customer-focused service
Maintain cleanliness and basic care of trucks and moving equipment
Work as part of a team on residential and commercial moving jobs

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license ( CDL not required )
Chauffeur license preferred or willingness to obtain
Clean or acceptable driving record
Experience as a straight truck driver, box truck driver, mover, or delivery driver preferred
Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
