Position Overview
Our organization is on the lookout for outpatient neurologists specializing in various areas, including General Neurology, Neuromuscular Disorders, Movement Disorders, Vascular Neurology, and Cognitive Neurology. The neurology team provides care for a diverse range of neurological issues within a collaborative setting that boasts a strong presence of sub-specialties. Additionally, there are numerous teaching opportunities available for those enthusiastic about mentoring medical students and residents.
Successful candidates will become part of a thriving academic practice that offers outstanding prospects for research involvement and participation in clinical trials. The ideal individual will have the chance to educate and guide residents and fellows, fostering the growth of future leaders in neurology.
Beyond teaching and overseeing advanced practice providers, residents, and fellows, the neurology faculty member will also be tasked with expanding outpatient clinics, which are in high demand. The neurologist will have the chance to engage in research within their specific sub-specialty.
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Completed an accredited fellowship
- Possess a GA Medical License or the ability to obtain one
- Demonstrate academic interests with a proven track record in leadership, research, teaching, and clinical service
