PCLiquidations is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our outbound sales efforts. The primary focus of this role is to identify and qualify high-potential B2B leads using advanced sales tools, specifically Apollo.io , to fuel our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for managing the initial stages of the sales funnel, from database mining and list building to executing strategic email sequences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Prospecting & List Building

• Utilize Apollo.io to search and scrape B2B databases to identify qualified prospects.
• Apply advanced filtering criteria (Location: US, Employee count: 50-500, Industries: HealthCare, Education, Government Agencies, Small Business, Non-Profits Management Level: Manager/Director) to ensure lead quality.
• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Boolean searches to further refine and expand lead lists.

Outbound Campaign Management

• Develop and manage automated email sequences within Apollo.io (via SendGrid).
• Implement "Mailbox Warm-up" procedures for multiple email accounts to ensure high deliverability.
• A/B test email templates, including AI-generated vs. standard high-performing templates, to optimize reply rates.

Data Management & Analysis

• Ensure all lead data is verified and accurately reflected in the system.
• Track "closest to the money" metrics and analyze outbound funnel performance to iterate on campaign strategy.
• Update and maintain lead status within internal systems (Isaac ERP)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency

• Apollo.io Expert: Demonstrated experience in list building, sequence creation, and database management within Apollo.io.
• Email Deliverability: Knowledge of managing multiple email accounts, naming conventions, and warming up domains for outbound scaling.
• CRM/ERP Exposure: Experience with CRMs or custom ERPs for lead tracking.
• Sales Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Workspace administration.

Professional Skills

• Hunter Mentality: A proactive approach to finding new business opportunities and hitting high-volume prospecting targets (e.g., 200+ cold calls/emails daily).
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to make data-driven decisions rather than emotional ones when analyzing campaign performance.
• B2B Tech Knowledge: Understanding of computer hardware (PCs, laptops, monitors) and the IT solutions market is a significant plus.
