Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and assess their vehicle concerns

Recommend services based on vehicle conditions and history

Create and manage repair orders, ensuring accuracy and clear communication

Maintain regular updates with customers about their service status

Collaborate closely with technicians and service managers

Requirements

Prior experience in automotive customer service or service writing preferred

Solid knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Commitment to customer satisfaction and follow-through

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
