PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Job Description and Duties

DSH-Napa Physical Rehabilitation Therapy Services is hiring for a Physical Therapy Assistant. This is a full time and permanent position working with adult patients in a psychiatric facility. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:

• Assessment and evaluation
• Treatment services
• Provide written documentation pertaining to progress in treatment
• Provide training to unit staff to support the patient in daily living

• Possession of a valid certificate as a Physical Therapy Assistant as issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee, Board of Medical Quality Assurance, Department of Consumer Affairs.

Special Requirements
