As a Machine Operator at our Utica, NY liquid-cooling component manufacturing site, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality components that power today’s growing data center industry. Your work helps ensure our customers receive reliable, energy-efficient solutions they can trust.

You’ll be part of a supportive, hands-on team where safety, quality, and collaboration come first. This day shift role offers the opportunity to build your skills, contribute to meaningful work, and take pride in what you produce every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor multiple machines to produce parts that meet customer and quality specifications

• Perform inspections and quality checks using measurement tools and equipment

• Track machine performance, identify issues early, and support efficient production flow

• Complete basic maintenance and equipment checks to keep operations running smoothly

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace , following all safety and clean room standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Basic computer and math skills , with strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and production specifications

• Foundational manufacturing experience or a strong interest in hands-on production work

Pay increase at 90 days to $20.10/hour upon successful onboarding completion. You’ll receive benefits like 401k, annual bonus, paid vacation, personal insurance, and more.
