Job Description As a Bilingual Telemarketer, you’ll be the vital first voice that connects potential clients to our insurance products. You’ll make outbound cold calls, engage prospects in both English and Spanish, and transfer interested leads directly to our licensed agents. Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls with professionalism, energy, and a friendly attitude Communicate clearly and effectively in English and Spanish Qualify leads and perform live transfers to licensed insurance agents Maintain accurate records of all client interactions Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and transfer goals Adhere strictly to company policies and compliance requirements Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) No insurance license required — we provide the training you need!
