Job Overview
ProTech Steel is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for its Great Falls location. The primary responsibility is safely transporting, gathering, and securing steel orders for local and regional deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, load, and secure steel orders properly on trucks prior to departure.
- Deliver steel products to various destinations across Montana ans surrounding states
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance with transport regulations.
- Safely strap and unstrap heavy steel materials (siding, trim, panels, and beams).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL license.
- Prior delivery driving or commercial trucking experience preferred.
- Ability to pass standard Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and maintain a safe driving record.
- Physical capability to lift heavy materials, climb on trailers, and secure flatbed/steel loads.
