This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Include: Plans, organizes, and manages the work of the project team. Maintains a collaborative working relationship with consultants and ensures the staff is properly mentored. Tracks project budgets, fees, and scheduling. Maintains an efficient and positive work environment. Ensures the firm's procedures are followed. Refines firm procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture. 7 years of experience in architectural design, including 3 years of project management. Strong knowledge of design trends and construction methodologies. Proficiency in Revit and Photoshop. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Knowledgeable of construction documents.
