About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take on a pivotal role in leading the daily business operations and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing firm-wide operations, ensuring coordination and alignment across multiple offices, and serving as a strategic partner to firm leadership on operational priorities and growth initiatives. This includes leading the administrative infrastructure across various business functions, driving technology and process innovation, and supporting financial management and resource allocation. The COO will also play a key role in risk and compliance, maintaining clear policies, and implementing practical solutions to operational risks. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have executive operational leadership experience within a complex organization, with a preference for those who have worked in a law firm, professional services firm, or a similar business environment. The role requires a proven track record in leading operational improvements, systems implementations, and process optimization, as well as strong skills in financial analysis and business reporting.
