Clinic Nurse - Issaquah Urgent Care (Per Diem/Days)

Job Summary Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse for our Urgent Care Clinic team. The position is a per diem, 8‑hour shift role with a pay range of $44.40 to $66.60 per hour. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients. Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice. Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and Associate Medical Director to develop and maintain clinic protocols, policies and procedures. Provide direction to the non‑physician clinical team. Educate patients and families on health education, disease prevention and chronic disease management. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license. Current BLS/CPR certification. Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting (preferred). Excellent interpersonal/people skills. Strong organizational/multi‑tasking skills. Shift & Compensation 8‑hour shifts. Pay ranges represent the minimum to maximum hourly rate. Additional pay may be available based on shift, certification or level of education.
